The Candidate Skills:
Required skills/qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or over
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
- Excellent oral and written conversation skills, including:
- Ability to talk clearly, each written and orally, with faculty, students, staff, and team members
- Ability to walk customers thru outlined problem-solving processes, using our understanding base system
- Ability to ask questions to determine the nature of the problem
- Knowledge and journey with building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers
- Experience navigating via more than one net purposes to assist and resolve client questions
- Proficiency in MS Office laptop applications, including Word and Excel, and willingness to study new technology systems
- Ability to cope with a couple of job duties at one time and improve problems in a timely manner
- Analytical orientation with robust interest to detail
- Ability to work from home
- You have to have a quiet, distraction-free work surroundings except any conflicting obligations in the course of your scheduled work shift
- Ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm
- Strong interpersonal competencies and a very high degree of patron service ethic

Preferred requirements/qualifications:
